The petitioners have approached this Court aggrieved by the slow pace in maintenance/re-tarring work of the Chandanappally - Konni Road. The petitioners submitted Ext.P1 representation before the second respondent. On account of non-consideration of Ext.P1, the petitioners have approached this Court.
2. The learned Senior Government Pleader submits that the work will be completed before the commencement of the Sabarimala season. The above submission is recorded.
There shall be a direction to the third respondent to ensure that the work is completed before the commencement of the Sabarimala Season.
The writ petition is disposed of as above.
