JUDGMENT / ORDER

During the course of hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that pursuant to the direction of this Court in B.A.No.5687 of 2013 dated 04.09.2013, the trial Court was directed to expedite the trial and complete within a period of six months from the said order. A report dated 14.08.2014 is submitted by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-III, who is in charge of the Additional Sessions Judge-II, Alappuzha, where the case is now pending. The reason stated for seeking further time of six months for disposal of the case is because of the heavy pendency of matters. Therefore, the registry is directed to get a report from the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Alappuzha as to whether the charge has been framed in the said case. If charge has not been framed in this case, the Principal Sessions Judge, Alappuzha shall report whether it can be tried by the Principal Sessions Court, Alappuzha or any other Additional Sessions Court within a period of six months. The report shall be obtained within a period of two weeks. A.HARIPRASAD, JUDGE.
