When the application came up for hearing today, the learned Public Prosecutor submitted that the present petitioners have not been arrayed as accused so far in Crime No.532/2014 of Chirayinkil police station. So the apprehension of the petitioners that they are likely to be arrested in connection with the above crime at this stage is without any basis. The above submission of the Public Prosecutor is recorded and the application is disposed of accordingly. Sd/-
