ORDER Shri Nasrulla Khan, learned HCGP for the State has filed a Memo of even date stating that parties in the case have compounded the offence on 08.07.2017 in C.C. No.8348/2013, on the file of V Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Bangalore and hence, this petition does not survive for consideration. The memo reads as follows:
“The undersigned counsel for Respondent No.1 submits that the petitioner and Respondent No.2 have compromised the matter before the Hon’ble V Addl. Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Bengalore, by filing application u/s 320(1) of Cr.P.C. on 08.07.2017 in C.C.No.8348/2013. Hence, this memo as per the instruction received form the Investigating Officer”
Accordingly, this petition is rendered infructuous and it is dismissed.
