Ramachandran Nair, J. The matters were referred for mediation and the parties have arrived at an amicable settlement. The Memorandum of agreement, signed by the parties and the counsel for both sides, has been produced by the learned Mediator.

2. We dispose of the appeals as settled and the terms and conditions of the settlement will form part of the judgment.

Court Fee paid on the Memorandum of Appeals by the appellants will be refunded to the respective appellants. Parties will bear their costs in the appeals.
