Petitioner has submitted Exts.P3 and P4 before the 2nd respondent for testing the sand collected from the lorry seized on the allegation that the vehicle was involved in violation of the provision of Kerala Protection of River Banks and Regulation of Removal of Sand Act, 2001. But the same has not been considered by the 2nd respondent so far.

3. Having regard to the nature of contentions urged, this writ petition can be disposed of as under:
The 2nd respondent shall consider Exts.P3 and P4 and pass appropriate orders within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
