Mohanan, J Though the above Writ Petition was posted today in the defect list, there is no representation for the petitioner. It is seen that, by order dated 4-2-2014, another Bench of this Court directed the petitioner to produce clear copy of Ext.P1 and ordered to post when moved again. But, no memo or petition is seen filed on behalf of the petitioner to move the Writ Petition again. However, the Registry suo moto posted the matter today in the defect list. The above approach of the petitioner shows that he is not interested in prosecuting the matter, though the above Writ Petition was filed as early as on 3-2-2014. In the result, this Writ Petition stands dismissed for non prosecution.
