Petitioner is the accused in Crime No. 808/2014 of Chavara Police Station which has been registered for the offence under Section 326(A) I.P.C. and Section 23 of Juvenile Justice Act.
2. The incident happened on 10.03.2014 and the case was registered on 01.04.2014. The submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner is ready to surrender before the court concerned. His request is to direct the Magistrate to consider the bail application which may be filed by him on the date of his surrender itself.

4. It is within the powers of the Magistrate to regulate the proceedings before him. It is not proper for this court to issue directions in such matters.
In the result, this Criminal M.C. is dismissed.
