The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner in this Crl.M.C would submit that the challenge raised herein is related to the impugned FIR (Annexure A1) and that subsequently the said crime in respect of that FIR has ended in final report which is challenged in Crl.M.C No.5991 of 2014. Therefore, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave of this Court to withdraw this Crl.M.C without prejudice to prosecute their contentions in Crl.M.C No.5991 of 2014, which is filed to quash the impugned final report. Accordingly, leave granted and this Crl.M.C stands dismissed as withdrawn with the above liberty.
