Shaffique, J. The petitioner has approached this Court alleging obstruction created by the party respondents in the matter relating to construction of a bore well.
2. It is submitted by either side that on account of an interim order passed by this Court, the construction of the bore well has already been completed. In the said circumstances, the writ petition has become infructuous.
3. Learned counsel for the party respondents submits that they have preferred an appeal before the Tribunal for Local Self Government Institutions, which is pending consideration.
In that view of the matter, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous without prejudice to the right of the parties to agitate the matter before the Tribunal.
