The learned counsel for the petitioner and the respondent Bank appears and admit that the entire arrears have been settled and the loan is regularized. The learned counsel for the respondent Bank submits that the regularization is only on condition that no further default will be committed. That however, would have to concede to the original terms of the agreement. Writ petition closed.
