The only prayer in the above writ petition is that the petitioner's objections be considered before settling the timings of the second respondent in a granted permit. It is only appropriate that, if the objection filed is on record, the petitioner be heard before settlement of timings in the meeting proposed to be convened on 11.12.2014. The petitioner shall not be issued with any separate notice and petitioner shall make herself available for such consideration.

Writ petition is disposed off.
