As per the affidavit dated 15.12.2014, the petitioner has produced Annexure-A3 order passed by the respondent. The contention of the counsel for the petitioner is that, the petitioner's application has been again rejected and that the same is in violation of the direction of this Court. Since an order has been passed in compliance with the direction of this Court, it is for the petitioner to challenge the same in appropriate proceedings in the event of there being any grievance subsisting against the same. The petitioner shall be at liberty to do so. Inasmuch as the order has been passed in compliance with the direction of this Court, this Contempt Case is closed.
