JUDGMENT / ORDER

Petitioner is aggrieved with Ext.P16 order passed by the 2nd respondent directing payment of 1/3 amount within fifteen days. The petitioner undertakes to pay an amount of Rs.2,00,000/- within a week from today and the balance in two monthly instalments. On the petitioner remitting Rs.2,00,000/- on or before 24.06.2014, petitioner shall be permitted to remit the balance amount as directed in Ext.P16 in two monthly instalments on 25.07.2014 and 25.07.2014. Writ petition is disposed of.
