JUDGMENT / ORDER

Ext. P1 judgment in O.P.(C). No. 342/2013 inter alia states as follows:-
“(d) It is open to the petitioner to withdraw the amount deposited by the Advocate Commissioner in the Sub Court, Thodupuzha on furnishing sufficient security to the satisfaction of learned Sub Judge.
(e) Petitioner shall maintain and produce in the trial court accounts with vouchers, bill etc for expenses incurred for replanting and upbringing of the rubber plants.”
2. The sum of Rs.86,05,143/- deposited by the Advocate Commissioner has been permitted to be withdrawn by the first respondent on furnishing sufficient security. That security shall be kept intact till the suit is finally disposed of. Needless to say that the first respondent is also bound to maintain and produce accounts with vouchers, bills etc. for replanting and upbringing of rubber plants as directed in Ext. P1 judgment.
No further directions are warranted and the Original Petition is disposed of.
