Ramakrishnaiah, Advocate) This Criminal Appeal is filed under Section 378(4) of Cr.P.C. praying to set aside the impugned judgment dated 19.10.2016 passed in CC No.25071/2015 on the file of the XXVI Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Bangalore and convict the respondent/accused for the offence punishable under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act.

ORDER Learned counsel for the appellant has filed a memo stating that the loan account has been cleared by the borrower. He submits that the matter has become infructuous and therefore the appeal may be disposed off.
