JUDGMENT / ORDER

Ramachandran Nair, J.
The learned Ombudsman has submitted Report No.50 of 2014. The matter relates to the complaint filed by one devotee seeking for audit of the accounts of the Temple Advisory Committee of the South Chittoor Sreekrishna Swamy Temple. The learned Ombudsman after due deliberation has filed this report suggesting that this court may give necessary direction to the Finance & Accounts Officer of the Cochin Devaswom Board or the Local Fund Audit to conduct audit of the accounts of the Temple Advisory Committee of the temple.
2. We are of the view that the Finance & Accounts Officer can be directed to conduct the audit. He will arrange for the conduct of proper audit and will file a report before the learned Ombudsman. The audit will be completed within a reasonable time.
The D.B.P. is accordingly disposed of.
