This Criminal Petition coming on for admission this day, the court made the following:
ORDER Petitioners’ counsel has filed a memo for withdraw of this petition as the same has become infructuous on the ground that charge sheet has been filed and further prays for liberty to file a fresh petition.
Memo for withdrawal is accepted. During pendency of the present petition, charge sheet has been filed. Consequently petition has become infructuous. Petition is dismissed reserving liberty to the petitioners to question the validity of the charge sheet, if any.
