PETITIONERS AND 1. The Transport Commissioner, A.P., Hyderabad, and others.
RESPONDENTS ORDER:
It is represented by Sri P. Venkata Rao, learned counsel for the petitioners that the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication and the writ petition has become infructuous.
Recording the said submission the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
