Ramachandran Nair, J. In the matter of smooth conduct of the festival, this Writ Petition has been filed and after hearing all the parties, this Court passed an interim order on 11th April, 2014. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the Utsavam has been conducted and the Writ Petition has become infructuous.

Accordingly, this Writ Petition is closed.
