ORDER Learned HCGP accepts notice for respondents.
2. Though the writ petition is listed for Preliminary Hearing, with the consent of learned counsel on both sides, it is heard finally.
3. Petitioner herein is a college, which has sought a direction to respondents to consider its representation dated 01.08.2017 (Annexure ‘E’ to writ petition). By that representation, petitioner has sought payment of balance amount of `27,150/- to each of the scheduled caste and scheduled tribe student, who is studying in the petitioner – Institution.
4. I have heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned HCGP for respondents and perused the material on record.
5. During the course of submission, learned counsel on both sides stated that this writ petition could be disposed in terms of order dated 10.10.2013 passed in W.P. Nos.43721-43730/2013.
6. Submission is placed on record.
7. In those writ petitions, this Court directed the respondents therein to consider similar representations made by petitioners therein, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of that order and pass necessary orders in that regard. The prayer in this writ petition being similar, on the basis of order dated 10.10.2013, this writ petition is also disposed by directing respondents to consider the representation dated 01.08.2017 and to pass a speaking order, in an expeditious manner, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
With the aforesaid observations and directions, Writ Petition is disposed.
