Heard Mr.Amalraj S.Penikilapatti, appearing for the petitioner and Mr.P.T.Ramkumar, appearing for the respondents.
2. Learned counsel Mr.P.T.Ramkumar appearing for the respondents would agree that the following two claims raised by the claimant are liable to be settled by the respondents as follows;
(i) Outstanding dues of a sum of Rs.24,080/-will be paid within a period of four weeks from date of receipt of this order.
(ii) Return of the Original Bank Guarantee No.04 dated 06.02.2005 issued by SBI, Arakkonam for Rs.1,86,454/- and extended up to 31.01.2007 within a period of four weeks from date of receipt of this order.
3. Recording his undertaking as above, this Original Petition is closed. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to approach this Court in the event the above undertaking is not complied with. No costs.
