Thottathil B.Radhakrishnan, J. We have heard the learned counsel for the parties. Read order dated 01.09.2014.
As of now, we are satisfied that there is no continued situation, which requires any further order. All that is required is that the interim order dated 01.09.2014 is confirmed through this judgment, so that the official respondents will ensure that law and order is maintained and the petitioner will be able to carry out its activities in terms of order dated 01.09.2014. Under such circumstances, this writ petition is ordered in terms of the directions contained in the order dated 01.09.2014, a copy of which will stand appended to this judgment.
