JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioners have approached this Court praying for expeditious disposal of the three appeals pending before the Sub Court, Tirur.
2. The Devaswom obtained eviction orders against the tenants in accordance with law and the tenants thereafter filed appeals, i.e. A.S. Nos. 81, 82, 83 of 2010 and 142 of 2009. In all these matters common issues arise for consideration and the pendency of these appeals is causing considerable inconvenience to the Devaswom who are unable to execute the orders of eviction obtained by them.
3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners points out that in spite of the advance petitions moved by the petitioners for early hearing of the appeal, no concrete results have been achieved and the pendency of the appeals is causing injury to the petitioners.
O.P(C)s.2533 & 2534/2014.

Nos. 142 of 2009, 81 of 2010, 82 of 2010 and 83 of 2010 and dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
