THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.12073 of 2014 ORDER :
The 1st respondent vide Memo dated 15.10.2009 granted permission to the 2nd respondent to issue paper publication and accordingly, the 2nd respondent issued paper publication. Pursuant to the same, the petitioner submitted his application on 30.11.2009 to start Multipurpose Health Work (Male) Training Institution in Karimnagar Town. The 2nd respondent vide letter dated 18.09.2012, rejected the application of the petitioner on the ground that no institution was existing in the address furnished by him. Aggrieved thereby, this writ petition is instituted.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that without conducting any inspection, the application of the petitioner was rejected and the stand taken by the respondents that no institution exists in the said premises, is erroneous. He further submits that the petitioner’s institution fulfils all the requirements to start the training institute. He also submits that the respondents may be directed to conduct re-inspection of the premises already furnished by the petitioner.
3. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and having regard to the aforesaid submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to submit an application to the respondents to conduct re-inspection of the premises. As and when such an application is received from the petitioner, the 2nd respondent is directed to conduct re-inspection of the premises. If the petitioner satisfies the parameters required to start the institution, the respondents concerned shall take appropriate action as warranted by law. The petitioner be communicated the decision taken by the respondents within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of application. There shall be no order as to costs.
Consequently, Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
