This writ petition is one seeking for giving adequate and effective police protection to the petitioner and the devotees who assemble for participation in the Desavilakku scheduled to be conducted on 13.12.2014 in Ambattukavu Bhagavathi Shektra Maiudan. We passed an interim order on 12.12.2014. It is submitted by the learned counsel on both sides that Desavilakku was conducted peacefully in an adjacent plot. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that no further orders are called for. Accordingly, the writ petition is closed.
