Concurrent orders passed on an application for temporary injunction is impugned in this Original Petition. It is reported that Desa Vilakku has already been conducted pursuant to the interim order passed in this Original Petition. What survives is early disposal of the suit which is pending consideration in the Court below.
2. I direct the Court of the Additional Subordinate Judge of Irinjalakuda to dispose of O.S. No. 824/2012 at the earliest. Every endeavour shall be made to dispose of the suit within a period of six months from the date of production of this judgment. The same shall be done untrammeled by any observation or finding contained in the orders impugned.
The Original Petition is disposed of.
