Sree Anjaneya Medical Trust Kanchas Comlex vs State Of Kerala

High Court Of Kerala|12 November, 2014
|

JUDGMENT / ORDER

The grievance of the petitioner is that Ext.P5 representation filed has not been considered. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the University submits that the University as well as the State has fixed the last date for admission which was on 30.10.2014. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner points out that the delay was not caused due to the lethargy of the petitioner but the No Objection Certificate of the Government was issued only on 30.10.2014. In such circumstances, the representation at Ext.P5 shall be considered by the concerned authority of the University. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits and has merely noticed the contentions of either parties. Sd/-
