JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner is a Trust. According to the petitioner, it caters to the needs of the deprived people, providing education and training in self employment to the poor. The petitioner has made a representation on 22.04.2017 seeking pathway to reach its property, in which its activities are being carried on. As the said request is still pending consideration, the present writ petition has been filed.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondent.
3.Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that pending representation may be directed to be considered within a reasonable time.
4.Considering the said request and without going into the merits of the case, the respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 22.04.2017 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
