This writ petition has been filed challenging the imposition of fee for going to Agasthyakoodam for worshipping at the Sree Agasthya Temple and for other reliefs.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has approached different authorities for redressing its grievance by making representations before filing this writ petition in 2007. Those representations, submitted prior to the filing of this writ petition, have become ineffective by efflux of time. Therefore, the learned counsel submits that this writ petition can be disposed of by granting an opportunity to the petitioner to approach the first respondent with a detailed representation highlighting its grievances in the matter.

Having heard both the sides, this Court is also of the considered view that this writ petition can be disposed of by granting an opportunity to the petitioner to submit a detailed representation, incorporating all the grievances and contentions, before the first respondent and with a direction to that respondent to dispose of the same within a time frame.

In the result, the petitioner is granted liberty to submit a detailed representation, incorporating all the grievances and contentions, before the first respondent within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. If such a representation is received, the first respondent shall consider and dispose of the same on merits after affording an opportunity of being heard to the petitioner within a period of three months from the date of receipt of that representation.
This writ petition is disposed of as above.
