This Contempt Petition is filed to punish the respondent for the alleged violation of the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD) No.9337 of 2014 dated 23.01.2017.

2.The learned Government Advocate submitted that the petitioner sought issuance of patta in respect of Survey No.262/7 in the Writ Petition and accordingly, the respondent issued a patta to the petitioner on 01.09.2017.

3.Recording the above submission, the contempt petition is closed. No costs.
