Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.J.Gnaseelan Muthiah, learned Government Advocate, appearing for the contemnor / respondent submitted that the order of this Court dated 01.03.2017, made in W.P.(MD) No.3614 of 2017, has been complied with by the respondent in letter and spirit and he also produced a copy of the letter of the District Educational Officer, Dindigul in g.K..vz;.2449/m2/2016 dated 15.06.2017.
