JUDGMENT / ORDER

Mr.S.Diwakar, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents.
2.The petitioner made a representation on 18.01.2017 seeking compensation on the premise that the property of the temple has been acquired without due process of law. As the said representation made on behalf of the temple is pending consideration, the present writ petition has been filed.
3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.
4.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for by the petitioner, a direction is issued to the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 18.01.2017 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
