JUDGMENT / ORDER

When the matter came up for hearing on 17.04.2017, there was no representation for the appellants and hence, Registry was directed to list the matter for dismissal on 20.04.2017. On R.SUBBIAH.J, and M.S.RAMESH.J, DP 20.04.2017, on the request of the learned counsel for the appellants, the matter was adjourned today. However, when the matter is taken up for hearing today, there is no representation for the appellants. Hence, the First Appeal is dismissed for non prosecution. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed. No costs.
