This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for willfully disobeying the order of this court made in WMP(MD)No.692 of 2016 in W.P(MD)No.907 of 2016, dated 18.01.2016.
2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader would submit that the order passed by this court has been complied with and he has produced the proceedings of the 4th respondent, dated 28.03.2017.
