The grievance of the petitioner is with regard to an order of delivery passed on 28.11.2014 in E.P.No.99/2013, certified copy and carbon copy of which were applied on 28.11.2014, the copy of the orders have not been given so far to the petitioner and he is therefore disabled from challenging the validity of those orders. In the meanwhile, delivery is posted to 15.12.2014.
2. The petitioner points out that if delivery is effected without getting an opportunity to challenge the order, it causes irreparable loss and injury to the petitioner.

This petition is therefore disposed of directing the court below to issue carbon copy and certified copy of the order, if duly applied for by the petitioner, in accordance with law O.P.(C) No. 2953 of 2014 -2-
within seven days from today and delivery posted to 15.12.2014 shall stand adjourned till 07.01.2015.
