JUDGMENT / ORDER

The learned counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the order passed in the writ petition has been complied with by passing an order dated 20.08.2014. He has also produced a copy of the said order.
The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that a liberty may be given to challenge the said order as the claim of the petitioner has not been considered by the respondents. By granting such liberty, this contempt petition is closed. No costs.
