JUDGMENT / ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by P.MURGESEN,J) This is a petition filed by the father of the detenu to produce him before the Court.
2.The detenu is the son of the petitioner. According to the petitioner, the detenu was kidnapped by the 1st respondent.
2.Today, the detenu was produced before this Court. He claimed that he left the house voluntarily and he was not kidnapped by anybody. Further, he stated that he is not willing to marry the girl suggested by the petitioner.
3.Since, the detenu is produced and he stated that he is not under the illegal custody of the 1st respondent, nothing survives in the petition.
4.Recording the statement of the detenu, the Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
