[Order of the Court was made by A.SELVAM, J.] This Contempt Petition has been filed praying to punish the respondents since they failed to obey the direction given in the order passed in W.P(MD)No.24751 of 2016 by this Court.
2.It is represented on the side of the respondents that the order passed in W.P(MD)No.24751 of 2016 has been complied with.
3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has conceded the same and therefore this contempt petition deserves to be dismissed.
4.In fine, this contempt petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected Sub.A(MD)No.32 of 2017 is dismissed.
