JUDGMENT / ORDER

Petitioner has come up with the present writ petition seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 to initiate action against the 4th respondent for not prescribing CBSE Syllabus books and collecting excess amount for books notebooks and uniform and to permit the students to buy books notebooks and uniform in the open market and also to ensure refund of excess amount collected in the said heading for the academic year 2016-2017 and to Direct the 4th respondent school to prescribe CBSE Syllabus books and to constitute School Management Committee in the school.
2. On earlier occasions, when the writ petition were taken up for hearing, this Court had directed the petitioner to file an additional affidavit regarding the allegations levelled against him by the institution particularly at page No.16 of the typed set of papers. Though an additional affidavit had been no specific discrepancy has been made against the school authorities and the additional affidavit had been filed reiterating the same set facts stated in the affidavit.
3. In view of the above, this writ petition is closed. However, it is open to the school authorities concerned to take necessary action in accordance with law. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
