JUDGMENT / ORDER

This Court on 19.7.2012 had passed the following order in presence of learned Assistant Government Pleader.
"This Court vide order dated 14.6.2012 issued notice. Respondent No.1-Corporation has filed its reply. State of Gujarat - respondent no.5, is hereby directed to file reply on or before 31.7.2012. S.O. to 3.8.2012."
The aforesaid order is not complied with. Respondent No.5 is hereby directed to file his Affidavit on or before 13.8.2012. If the Affidavit is not filed, respondent No.5 shall personally remain present before this Court. S.O. to 22.08.2012.
