JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner retired from service on 30/11/2008, while working as Charge Man in the Central Works of the Kerala State Road Transport Corporation. He has filed this Writ Petition seeking a writ of mandamus commanding the respondent Corporation to sanction and disburse various monetary benefits payable to him like Provident Fund, Staff Welfare Fund, etc. 2. By interim order dated 22/5/2009, this Court ordered that, the Provident Fund amount and Staff Welfare Fund amount will be disbursed to the petitioner within a period of two weeks.
3. Today, when the Writ Petition was taken up for final hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, the petitioner has already received the aforesaid monetary benefits from the respondent Corporation pursuant to the above interim order.
In such circumstances, no further orders are necessary in this Writ Petition and the same is closed. No order as to costs.
