JUDGMENT / ORDER

The revision is directed against the docket order dated 20.01.2016 in OP.CFR No.13141/39 in O.S.CFR.No.13142/28. The said order is passed in a petition filed under Order 33 Rule 1 CPC. As only appeal is maintainable under Order 43 Rule 1-na CPC, against the said order, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as not maintainable. It is open for the petitioner to challenge the said order before appropriate forum. No costs.
