JUDGMENT / ORDER

This petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to quash the order passed by the third respondent in Na.Ka.No.242/Forecast/B2Ps/RM/17 dated 09.09.2017 and to direct the respondents to permit the petitioner to conduct the All Party Demonstration against NEET Exam on 13.09.2017 at 9.00a.m., as scheduled at the place of ?ARANMANAI? Ramanathapuram.
2. Though the petitioner requested for permission to conduct above said demonstration, the impugned order was passed by the third respondent. It is stated by the learned senior counsel for the petitioner in this case that the permission, for conducting the All Party Demonstration against NEET Exam, has been granted subsequently by the Deputy Superintendant of Police, Ramanathapuram, Ramanathapuram District, by an order dated 10.09.2017.
3. Recording the statement of the learned senior counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
