The petitioner has submitted Ext.P5 application for mutation of the petitioner's property before the 1st respondent. The petitioner seeks expeditious disposal of the same.

Having heard the learned Government Pleader also, I dispose of this writ petition with a direction to the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P5, after affording an opportunity of being heard to the petitioner, as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
