JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner/wife has filed the above Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition to withdraw I.D.O.P.No.239 of 2015 pending on the file of the Principal District Court, Thiruvallur and transfer the same to the file of the II Additional Family Court, Chennai to be tried along with O.P.No.487 of 2016.
2. I.D.O.P.No.239 of 2015 is filed by the respondent-husband before the Principal District Court, Thiruvallur for dissolution of marriage held between the petitioner and the respondent on 10.01.2014. The petitioner-wife also filed O.P.No.487 of 2016 on the file of the I Additional Family Court, Chennai for restitution of conjugal rights.
3. According to the petitioner, it would be difficult for her to travel from Chennai to Thiruvallur along with the minor child to attend the hearings. Hence, she seeks transfer from Thiruvallur to Chennai.
4. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent / husband has got no serious objection for transferring the petition.
5. Accordingly, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and I.D.O.P.No.239 of 2015 pending on the file of the Principal District Court, Thiruvallur shall stand withdrawn and transferred to the II Additional Family Court, Chennai to be tried along with O.P.No.487 of 2016. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
