This Criminal Revision has been filed against the judgment, dated 20.04.2007, made in C.C.No.370 of 2004, by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tiruchirappalli, acquitting A1-Firm, A3 and A4 for the offence under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing on 22.11.2017, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Hence, the matter was directed to be posted today under the caption 'for dismissal'.
3. Even today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner as well as the respondent. Therefore, this Court feels that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the case further.
4. In view of the above, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed for non- prosecution.
