Prayer: Contempt Petitions are filed under Section 11 of Contempt of Courts Act 1971, pleased to punish the respondents for the deliberate and willful disobedience of the orders passed by this Court in W.P.(MD)Nos.315 and 316 of 2016, dated 15.03.2016.
