JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard learned AGP Mr.Raval for the applicants and learned counsel, Mr.Majmudar for the respondent.
Learned AGP Mr.Raval has tried to make submission referring to the impugned judgment of the Reference Court with regard to the value of the land in question and the market value of the land at Village : Janor.
Learned counsel, Mr.Majmudar submitted that after considering the potentiality, the deduction has been considered and the land in question is not given the same value that of Village : Janor.
In view of the rival submissions and considering the fact that First Appeal is already admitted, the interest of justice would be served if the above applications deserve to be allowed subject to deposit of some amount.
In the circumstances, the present applications stand allowed in terms of Para No.5(b) on a condition to deposit 50% awarded amount within a period of four weeks. Rule is made absolute.
It will be open for the original claimants to make necessary application for the disbursement of the amount so deposited on usual terms and conditions.
