The present Civil Application has been filed by the State under Section 5 of the Limitation Act for condonation of delay in filing the First Appeal on the grounds stated in the application inter alia the procedure delay in getting necessary approval after following necesasry procedure, which has consumed time.
Heard learned APG Mr.Trusha Mehta for the applicants-State. Though served, no one has appeared for the original claimants.
In the circumstances, sufficient cause can be said to have been made out for condonation of the delay in light of the guidelines laid down by the Hon'ble Apex Court in catena of judicial pronouncements. The delay is condoned. The application stands disposed of as allowed. Rule is made absolute.
